Renovation of a building from 1860 with eight apartments in the Gothic quarter of Barcelona.

The project is based on a common housing typology that is adapted to the pre-existing features of each space. These marks are subtly left visible on the ceilings, the new steel structure that reinforces the old brick walls and the façade and the materiality of common spaces.
